Mr. Thomas Bollatto, Jr.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our recently retired Sloatsburg Village Clerk and Treasurer Thomas Bollatto, Jr.

Tom served as Village Clerk/Treasurer for 55 years from 1967 to 2022.

Tom was not only the Village Clerk, he was Sloatsburg. What you see, know, and remember about Sloatsburg was a direct result of Tom’s legacy. He along with his trusted group volunteers, invented, planned, and orchestrated all the community events and programs that we all have come to love and expect of Sloatsburg.

We send our deepest condolences to Tom's wife Pam, son Matthew, and daughter Meredith.

Service details: A visitation for Thomas will be held Thursday, September 22, 2022, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home, 177 Route 59, Suffern, New York 10901. A visitation will occur Thursday, September 22, 2022, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 177 Route 59, Suffern, New York 10901. A mass of Christian burial will occur Friday, September 23, 2022, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St Joan of Arc Church, 52 Eagle Valley Rd, Sloatsburg, New York 10974. A burial following funeral mass will occur Friday, September 23, 2022, at 11:30 AM at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, 38 Chapel Turn, Tuxedo Park, New York 10987.
