Retirement of our village clerk

Village Happenings: 02/28/2022

Today marks the end of an era, after over 54 years of dedicated civil service to his hometown community of The Village of Sloatsburg, Mr. Thomas F. Bollatto Jr. Sloatsburg’s Village Clerk/Treasurer has announced his retirement as of March 15, 2022.

Tom has served as the village clerk/treasurer for three mayors, spanning a remarkable half a century +.

Together let us all wish Tom the absolute best and congratulations in his retirement.

Stepping up to serve as our new village clerk /treasure will be our own Mrs. Mary Hahn. Mary has faithfully served our village as the accounts clerk typist for 23 years and is a natural to fill the village clerk/treasurer’s position.

Congratulations to both Tom and Mary on a job well done.
