A Message from Good Sam Hospital:

We have received additional allotments of first dose Moderna vaccines and will be holding clinics to administer on Thursday (3/25), Friday (3/26) and Monday (3/29).

You can use the links below to sign up family members, friends or patients that currently qualify (aged 50+ now qualify) and either live or work in NY. Please note, each date has a specific link.
