Village Parking Update

Mill St Park Update:

Starting September 1, 2021, the village will have for sale, "Premium Commuter Parking Permits", these spots are for the Mill St. Parking Lot only.

Regular Commuter Parking Fees

Resident: Monthly- $18.00 Annual- $215.00

Non Resident: Monthly- $31.00 Annual- $372.00

Daily: $10.00

Premium Parking at Mill St. Park

Resident: Monthly- $23.00 Annual- $276.00

Non Resident: Monthly -$40.00 Annual- $480.00

Daily: $13.00

You will notice seven spots outlined in Red with very specific "No Parking, Sloatsburg Fire Fighter Parking Only", these spots are for fire fighters responding to fire calls, they must remain clear at all times. Illegally parked vehicles Will be ticketed and towed at the owners expense.

The Merchant Lot will remain Free, 2 hour only. You enter this lot via RT17, but you can only exit through the new Mill St Lot, this is for safety reasons.

All village commuter lots are free after 5pm daily, weekends and holidays.
